We had an excellent stay for next visit asap.
Nothing to complain about, the venue met the demands, 100% recommend it. All good — we loved this Victorian hotel — the food was fab and the staff were amiable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of meals to choose from. The location couldn't be more marvellous in a stunning garden...

I stayed in the deluxe queen room, which featured central heating, an iron, and a work desk. the hotel is perfectly situated in a beautiful and tranquil area, close to the gardens and conveniently located for traveling to Tasmania via Spirit of Tasmania to Devonport.

Fantastic views of the surrounding area - we could see it all from our room. enjoyed being close to the beach and town, as it was easy to explore and find things to do. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the fresh ingredients and variety of dishes on offer.
Unfortunately we had some issues with noise - we could hear other guests using the shared facilities and it was really disruptive. , there didn't seem to be enough space for everyone, which meant we had to wait around a lot.

Had a nice Christmas break but the hotel had its quirks. the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was close to the beach and had a nice view of the sea from the room.
The bathroom was small and awkward. the shower was cramped and there was nowhere to put our toiletries.
